JA programs are built around activities which are fun, engaging and dynamic.
However, the activities are designed to develop fundamental life skills and introduce economic concepts to
students.
Elementary School Programs
Our programs for kindergarten through fifth grade introduce students to their
roles as individuals, workers and consumers in today's society. These programs focus on workforce readiness and
decision making skills. Students grasp and build on these concepts as they progress in school, ultimately enhancing
their understanding of the world around them and how this awareness can positively affect their future.

Middle School Programs
We offer five different programs for students grades seven through nine. Each program is written to meet a
specific need of the teacher. Topics covered in these programs include personal and family financial management,
career choices, the role of the American Economic System and international economic issues, as well as the
importance of staying in school.
